Tallahassee Civic Chorale's Spring 2010 Concert at Tallahassee Community College, Rm 165, Communication & Humanities Bldg

Come join us in singing for the Spring 2010 concert, "English Choral Gems". This concert will feature the performance of works by Handel, Purcell, R. Thompson and others, and will be led by the incomparable Jo-Anne van der Vat-Chromy, and accompanied by the talented Dr. James Amend. The Tallahassee Civic Chorale is a community chorus of around 60 members, singing choral classics and other favorites in the SATB fashion. Tallahassee Civic Chorale's upcoming Fall Concert

will be held on Tuesday, December 8 at Turner Auditorium on the Tallahassee Community College campus. The theme for the whole concert season is "Voce Humana, Musica Mundi", and the fall concert title is "Midnight". This concert will feature the music of Marc-Antoine Charpentier: his joyous Messe de Minuit pour Noël.

The concert will be conducted by the dynamic Jo-Anne van der Vat-Chromy, and will be accompanied by the talented Dr. James Amend on the piano. The Tallahassee Civic Chorale is a 50-60 member non-auditioned chorus singing classical and popular chorale pieces in the SATB fashion.
