Each event features a speaker or a discussion addressing a topic relating to making money making music! The cost for each event is $5.00 + you buy your own meal and/or beverage. See the events calendar for speakers and topics.

Indie Connect's goal is to unify and educate the indie music industry. Specifically, we want to teach indie artists how to be most successful without a the support of a major record label. To that end, each week we feature a different speaker on a different topic related to this goal. See the events calendar or www.indieconnect.net for more details.

I was a full time musician, booking agent and artist manager for many years in Connecticut and Nevada. I have served as Director of Label and Artist Relations for Indie Extreme, a company that provides back office support, vendor coordination and marketing services to independent artists and record labels. I was also the COO and on the board of American Music Channel, an online site for music videos of all genres.

I have been a small business consultant for 5 years, and I am the author of "CEO Secrets - What They Know About Business That Every Entrepreneur Should". The book is a product of being mentored by some of the greatest business minds in the world, and then coaching literally over 1000 business owners and entrrpreneurs.

And, of course, I am a songwriter. I am always looking for opportunities to co-write. I've posted some of my songs in various genres that I have written or co-written.
