Indie Connect's goal is to unify and educate the indie music industry. Specifically, we want to teach indie artists how to be most successful without a the support of a major record label. To that end, each week we feature a different speaker on a different topic related to this goal. See the events calendar or www.indieconnect.net for more details.

I was a full time musician, booking agent and artist manager for many years in Connecticut and Nevada. I have served as Director of Label and Artist Relations for Indie Extreme, a company that provides back office support, vendor coordination and marketing services to independent artists and record labels. I was also the COO and on the board of American Music Channel, an online site for music videos of all genres.

I have been a small business consultant for 5 years, and I am the author of "CEO Secrets - What They Know About Business That Every Entrepreneur Should". The book is a product of being mentored by some of the greatest business minds in the world, and then coaching literally over 1000 business owners and entrrpreneurs.

And, of course, I am a songwriter. I am always looking for opportunities to co-write. I've posted some of my songs in various genres that I have written or co-written.
