The World Peace Choral Festival

In the world today where harmony and differences co-exist and globalization is speeding up its pace, the international communication has never been so important to the people of different countries. In so many ways of communication, nothing could be better than music in reaching a resonance in people’s soul.

The World Peace Choral Festival aims to provide a platform for children and young generation of different countries to perform, communicate and to create a better intercultural understanding. Both classical music and folk’s music should be promoted accordingly.

Under the patronage of Dr. Heinz Fischer, the Federal President of the Republic of Austria, the festival is organized annually in Vienna in the Summer. Supported by the United Nations Headquarters in Vienna, different government authorities, United Nations Headquarters in Vienna, NGO organizations and enterprises, the festival is becoming a more and more important music event in the world’s music capital.

Coming together to sing, Singing for a better future!

The World Peace Choral Festival will be held again in Vienna from July 29th till August 1st 2013.

Hudson Chorale (Rehearsals in Pleasantville) Welcomes New Members in September in Preparation for an Exciting 2019-2020 Season

Come sing with Westchester’s highly acclaimed community chorus, Hudson Chorale. The group is welcoming new members in all voice parts (SATB) to join for an exciting concert season of great, much-loved choral music.
