Support the SCSO while helping to change the face of philanthropy in our region.
This is our first year of participating in the Big Day of Giving (Big DoG). With your help we can raise funds that are paired with a matching gift and bring music and community to life for hundreds of families in our region.

BIG Day of Giving is a local initiative to increase philanthropy in the Greater Sacramento region. Presented by GiveLocalNow, and your local community foundations, Sacramento Region Community Foundation, Placer Community Foundation and Yolo Community Foundation, the BIG Day of Giving will take place during a 24-hour period on Tuesday, May 6, 2014. Starting at midnight, donations will be accepted through givelocalnow with a goal to inspire and united our community in supporting hundreds of local nonprofits.

During this 24 hour period on May 6, 2014 we ask you to go to make your donation (a minimum of $25) at to the Sacramento Choral Society & Orchestra. 100% of your donation goes to the SCSO.

Yes! Donations made at on May 6 will be eligible for a boost (pro-rated) from a pool of matching funds! Almost $300,000.00 in pro-rated matching funds and prizes will be available!
