Event Description

The innovative a cappella ensemble known as Khorikos debuts a piece from their own acclaimed competition, joining the Del Mar Master Chorus and Concert Choir and the Alice High School Honors Band for this performance at the world-famous Carnegie Hall. Famed for their cutting-edge take on everything from medieval polyphony to contemporary sound sculpture, Khorikos has performed with major U.S. and international orchestras, and is set to sing Frank La Rocca's Miserere, while the Del Mar ensemble also premieres a new work by Ross Bernhardt, along with Bob Chilcott's Canticles of Light. The Alice High band takes on an eclectic program of instrumental works for wind ensemble. Presented by Distinguished Concerts International New York (DCINY). Tickets $20-$100 On Sale Now!
